By accessing or using bib events, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• No interference with service integrity, security, or performance.
• No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice.

• Paid plans renew per your selected billing cycle until canceled.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes unless exempt by law.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card data on our servers.

• You retain ownership of content you submit (events, registrations, results).
• You grant us a license to host, process, and display it to provide the service.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from participants.

The service, trademarks, and content (excluding your content) are owned by bib events or its licensors and protected by law.

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may be available to business customers upon request.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bib events and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bib events from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that are intended to survive termination will survive.

No refunds will be provided once registration is completed. We appreciate your understanding and support for the event.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in a reasonable manner.
